MODULE 6. PERFECTING THE PITCH: CRAFTING YOUR STORY AND PRESENTATION SKILLS (5 DAYS)

Structuring Your Pitch:  Master the structure of a successful pitch, focusing on the key elements that investors want to see.

Pitch Deck Design: Understand the essentials of designing a visually compelling pitch deck that complements and amplifies your narrative.

Delivery Techniques and Body Language: Acquire effective presentation techniques and body language to engage your audience and deliver your pitch confidently.

Handling Q&A: Learn how to anticipate potential questions and handle them effectively during the Q&A session post your pitch.

MODULE 7: PITCH SESSION: SHOWCASING THE STARTUP VISION (2 DAYS)

Day 1: Pitch Deck Finalization and Rehearsal

Part 1: Finalizing the Pitch Decks (1 hour): Students make any final adjustments to their pitch decks based on the feedback and learning from the course.

Part 2: Rehearsal Sessions (2 hours): Students rehearse their presentations in smaller groups or with a mentor, receiving feedback and refining their delivery.

Day 2: The Pitch Presentations

Part 1: Pitch Presentation (2 hours) : Each team will be given an allocated time slot to present their startup idea to the class and a panel of instructors, mentors, and invited guests. This session will simulate a real-world pitch situation to potential investors.

Part 2: Q&A and Feedback (1 hour): : After each presentation, there will be a Q&A session where the judges, instructors, or peers can ask questions about the pitch. Constructive feedback will be provided to each team, helping them refine their ideas and presentation skills further.
