Anarchist at heart

This book is devoted to the consideration of a number of significant features of Russian culture and character in order to facilitate understanding of the process of formation of Russian organizations in the modern context, as well as to consider the features of the Russian management style and leadership. The author uses examples from the cultural creativity of Russian artists, where necessary, applies clinical paradigms of psychoanalysis, and also uses examples from his own experience of working with Russian companies. The book examines the sources of such features of the Russian character as stoicism and collectivism, and analyzes the influence of the Russian system of upbringing and education on leadership style.
