Co-founder and development director of the international company for the production and export of delicatessen fish products ARTEZIANICA Armenia.

To date, several million US dollars have been invested in the project, more than 200 jobs have been created in Armenia, and the the most environmentally friendly and efficient production complex in the Republic of Armenia has been created. Olga Parakhina is also engaged in the multiple projects in the field of online education, the development of women's entrepreneurship, and startups.

Prior to joining the aquaculture business, Olga built a successful career in investment banking, worked for Troika Dialog and Deutsche Bank UFG. After deciding to end her corporate career, Ms. Parakhina created the transport and logistics company Universal Freight Company, which, in the first year of operation, became the main carrier of a number of large crushed stone quarries in Karelia and Ukraine.

Olga is a finalist of the all-Russian competition "Business Women-2016" by Ernst & Young in the category "Production".

Graduated with honors from Moscow State University of Bauman, Faculty of Engineering Business and Management (2005), has an MBA degree (Strategic Management) from the Higher School of Business of Moscow State University (2009). She completed internships at Aoyama Gakuin University (Japan) and Bocconi School of Management (Italy).

Member of the Board of the Association of Graduates of the Higher School of Economics of Moscow State University. Author and presenter of the projects “Private Talks” (conversations with graduates for graduates about business and life) and “Science for insight: think like a scientist” (interviews with leading Russian scientists about advanced scientific achievements for businessmen and entrepreneurs).
